Born and raised in New Jersey, Bobby grew up surrounded by the kind of classic pizza shops that inspired him to bring those giant, foldable slices and whole pies to Los Angeles. He put his own spin on the East Coast tradition — serving pizza that’s perfect for a quick lunch, a late-night bite, or anything in between.

When he’s not behind the counter, Bobby is on stage with Street Drum Corps, a world-touring percussion ensemble known for its raw, high-energy performances. That same spirit fuels Bobby’s Pizzeria — bold, loud, and built to bring people together.
